I ordered this and have it waiting to be installed at my place. Its a bushing and a piece of pvc to help push the bushing up. You basically disconnect the knuckle underneath the brake booster. use a dremel to cut the spring retainer out, pull the old bushing out, install the new bushing, turning your steering back and forth if you need it more snug push the bushing in more. Once you got it right put the retaining clip in and put back together. Old hard thing is the confined space. I have the instructions and can scan em and post em tomorrow if you really need it.
My steering is fine now at 205,000k so im just waiting for it to slop a bit before i mess with the steering.

Great instructions from Genos. Already ahve it on clip board on bench. I am also going to check gear backlash (wish I could find mfg specs) to see if it has excessive or uneven wear. May be able to determine approriate backlash in Machinist's Handbook. If I can, I would prefer to rebuild than buy new one. They are pretty expensive, and a used one may not be much better than what I have.
