If you're short a torque wrench, you need to know that 13# isn't that much.. at all.. snug them up.. turn them just a little past snug, and leave them alone.. watch it over next couple days.. realize, heated metal expands, cool contracts.. heat will have something to do with the torque on those bolts.
Yeah I had bottomed out on the trans fluid pan and it started to leak a little. The bolts from the driver side front where it corners to the driver side rear were so loose I could take a socket on an extension and take them out by hand.

I'll be sure to watch it over the next few days. When I do a repair I always do. I dont think there is any way that I could have put them in tight enough to strip the threads. Ill keep an eye on it and I suppose that if I dont see any leaks all is well, correct?
