There is no set noise they make when they are bad. So you dropped the Y and took it for a ride?

So this is what i just did to test the coolant temp sensors, i hooked up the snap on scanner and watched the live data screen and watched my temp go from 72 to 189 and i watched my gauge on the dash. I dont think it could be any more dead on. Some thing i did notice though it idle fine till it got to 180 ~185 about and the loopy idle started and i kept checking the fuel snyc while it was warming up and notice it was at 0 to 3 the whole time till the loopy idle started then went to 14~15. It also cant stay running more then 30 sec or so b/c of the idle.

If you are referring to that link as far as the vacuum leak. I could have sworn you mentioned that you checked everything. Too many threads, too much reading to remember. I too would check all the vac components and lines, etc.... If for nothing else, than to eliminate it. Just like the clogged cat.
