One Big Mess!

One Big Mess!
Okay so i have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4 quad cab.
My passenger side front axle seal is bad, so tonight me and my dad and his friend ripped the front axle apart.
1st- we found the reason my 4x4 was so hard to engage is because the actuator fork is wore down, so my first question is.......where can i buy the fork because i have looked online and i cannot find it.
2nd- their is a little warped/worn down little ring that fell out and it looks like it comes off the outer axle shaft?????
3rd- my front outer axle shaft has a little worn out ring around it, i'm wonder if that is supposed to be their or not?........I AM SO LOST!
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you

start here.
http://dodgeram.org/tech/repair/4X4/4x4_engagment.htm
then the parts bom.
http://www2.dana.com/pdf/X510-5DSD.pdf
the rings are either the collar, or the inner bushing/bearing, or the junction bushing, or the oil seal pieces/fragments. probably seal fragments...
fork, collar, bushings are widely available on the internet at 4x4 and jeep sites.
here's a few examples. it helps to search by spicer part number.
