its due to acid rain, its doing it to my 01 since the firstfew months i had it. to get rid of it you need to polish the paint job with a polishing wheel

 

OK Thanks Guy's for all your suggestions...Really apreciate it...They are Tiny specs of surface rust...I'm sure from road salt..Bought the truck up in MI 3 weeks ago...drove her back down here to FL..so she won't be seeing anymore road salt..I just hope it's not too late...Hate to haft too repaint...Picked up some polishing compound...I'll let you all know...Thanks again..BILL
