Truck just up and won't start

Default Truck just up and won't start

it has power but i get the clicking when i turn the key. and yeah it has gas!

any ideas? was working great after the plenum/tune-up. last i drove it was saturday afternoon and went to go to work this morning and nothing

never mind. guess since i couldn't be in both vehicles at the same time it wasn't getting enough power from the burb. fortunately my wife got home to rev it up!

well, started up just fine every time since i jumped it. oh well i'll keep the jumper cables with me for the time being

Are you sure you didn't leave anything on while it sat? Maybe check and see if anything is drawing on the battery when it's off. I would also load test the battery.

sounds to me like a bad connection at the battery.. did you remove the terminals when you did your work? one, or both? get them back on with a solid connection?

if not, go back out there.. take the petroleum jelly with you.. put a blob on both terminals, smear it around them some, and put the terminals back on.. you will never get corrosion on those terminals so long as you keep that crap on them.. promise..

hmmm, now that i think of it one of the cables was very lose. we had to turn it a certain direction to make it tight. if i remember correctly its the round connector that has the problem, not the battery.
