Yeah I am with hey you our emissions people are very thorough especially when it comes to us guys with big trucks. I will probably just replace it with a high flow one when I do it. Last night I was looking at my options and found this one on the MagnaFlow website (http://www.magnaflow.com/02catalytic...niversal=51022) It doesn't say anything about being high flow. I assume this is the one you were talking about HeyYou? From the pictures I looked up on google it looks like it just bolts right on to the manifold.

if your looking to buy the magnaflow cat, this is the where i got mine and its the cheapest place i could find. Mine was 155 with shipping, not bad when magnaflow wants like 400 something from their website.

This one. Holy crap is that expensive.

If you can get away with it, I would be sorely tempted to pick up the jegs off-road y-pipe, and a standard highflow 3" SI/SO cat......... would end up about half that price.... just depends on how picky they are on emissions where you are. (don't think you could get away with it in california, or, other locations that are just as strict..... anywhere else, and you should be golden.)

Edit: Tweav88 has the goods! Thanks.

Yea magnaflows website is just ridiculous with prices, i always go into Google shopping and enter the manufacturer's name and part # and i go with the lowest price i can find there. Ohh, and i dont know for sure which year truck you have so that might not be the right cat, that one is for 94-99, it has both holes for a pre and post 02 sensor, and comes with a plug for the rear one for the earlier years.

Why yes, yes it is. It was the only one listed for direct fit.... I neglected to note that it was for the six.... Ooops.... Go with the link Tweav88 had up. Right part, right price.
