Default Truck wants to stall!

I have a 1998 ram 4x4 auto with a 318. It has 255000km on it. When ever i am driving (does not matter the speed or wether I am turning or hitting a bump) the truck just stops running for a second then starts back up or it sputters when ever it want. I can go for an hour with out it doing it or two days. There is no engine light on, the tanny has been done the intake manifold pan gasket has been done the fuel filter/pressure regulator has been done so has the cap, rotor, plugs and wires and exhaust. I think it may be the crankpositioning sensor becuase when the truck acts like this the rpms drop to zero, yet the truck is moving. Anyone have an idea the help would be nice.

Welcome to DF!

CKPS sounds like a good bet..... they are easily bunged up when pulling/installing the trans.
