Crap!!!
Went to replace the steering stablizer and i cant get it off. Got the bolt and nut off on the pass side, and the nut off the driver side, but no matter how hard i pound on it it refuses to come out. Need help fast as i work tonight=/
Knocker Loose (or some other penetrant, not WD40) repeatedly, soak it big time. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes with the stuff on it, let is soak in. Tap it with a hammer. Get it hot for several minutes or more using a small propane torch or equivalent. Tap it with a hammer. More penetrant. Repeat if necessary.
If that fails, there is always the grinding/cutting method. I had to do that for one of my wife's end links on her 2006 Durango... the lower bolt broke a socket wrench and an adapter trying to turn the nut. No amount of heat + penetrant would break her loose. The penetrant worked great on the other side, just not the passenger side. Had to borrow the neighbor's tools and cut it off.

you need a puller to pop it off. I was doing it and it felt like the bolt was going to break on the puller, then it finally popped. It really takes A LOT of pressure to pop it off.
But you need a puller. I used a 2 jaw pittman arm puller for it.

I smacked mine around for quite a while with no luck until i noticed that on the backside there is a place where you can put a wrench. I cant remember the size but i stuck it on and started crankin and it popped right out.
Josh? whats up with the thread title ? LOL Come on now, you been here long enough to know(about that) and do a search. Anyway(maybe this very recent thread will help), . https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...-bolt-out.html
