Default starting problem

Hey all, its been quite some time since i've been on here, but this issue i've been having i just CAN'T figure out on my own.

Everytime it rains, the next morning, my truck will NOT start...i'll usually end up having to have it sit for a good full day and then have to crank it for quite some time before i can get it to sputter to life. Once its started, it runs perfectly fine. its the starting part that's killing me.

i can't figure this one out. at first i thought it was moisture from a cracked distributor cap causing the issue, but i replaced the cap with a brand new one, made sure i didnt crank down on it too tight to crack the new one, and still nothing...replaced all my spark plug wires, new ignition coil...nothing. problem still comes back everytime.

just hoping someone can give me some helpful advice or someone that has had this problem before chime me in on the fix
thanks! i appreciate it!

~Walter

Is the hood seal attached to the cowl? Water may be dripping on the PCM connectors.

My fourwheeler does this when i wash it sometimes, if you have an air compressor try blowing things out to see if you can pinpoint where the water is getting too.
