When the computer sees a problem it reverts the transmission to third gear. So when you put it in drive it will actually be in third gear and seem like it struggles to take off, feels like slipping.

 

Hey thanx for replying to my thread. so could I still save my old tranny or is it cooked the fluid is not that bad my tranny guy said hes seen worse but wont know till the tranny is out today Is there somethin he should look for or at. I'm pissed that i got burned on that other tranny wish I could use it or the parts
