1994 ram 1500 5 speed 3.9 to 5.2 swap ... Questions

So first, I can see that the 318 will bolt up, BUT the 318 is from a 1998.... This has to work my head gasket blew and this is my only motor to put in, can I get the wiring rigged to work?

I'm confused. You want to put a 98 5.2 in a 94 with a 3.9 ?

If zman's supposition is correct, no, it won't work. Need to replace wiring harness, and PCM as well.
