Default Running rich and slugish

I've recently replace the intake belly pan with aluminum one.
Got a set of brand new injectors.
Install shorty exhaust headers, new O2 sensor, new Catalytic converter, new exhaust.
Replace thermostat to a 180 deg one. Flush the radiator.
Now when the truck runs you can smell raw fuel.
I did not however change any sensors (other than the O2 one)

What could it be?
What should I check?
Any ideas?

What injectors did you buy?

And part of the problem is the 180 stat. You need a good tuner like an SCT to run one. And you can't use an SCT tuner on a 94. I'd put a stock 195 back in.

Yep that 180 is too cold and will keep you rich. I am curious about the injectors.

This. Are they stock injectors? The injectors are different from year to year, and differ by up to 3 lb/hr.

For any dodge V8, I would not go over 19 lbs/hr. The only reason i have 24# injectors is because I have had them for a while from a previous vehicle. And they are 4 hole design AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, I have a wideband O2 sensor and a SCT with custom tuning options.

BTW, I was running 24# injectors on my 1996 5.2 with only the Mopar PCM. It ran rich, but it had some ***** at WOT. Anything but WOT, and you lose performance.

If I were you, I would get these injectors if you want an upgrade:
19lb YELLOW TOP Bosch Design 3s, you would benefit from the 4 hole design:
http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/sh...d&productId=81

Only 169 from Fuel Injector Connection.

19 lb.hr might sound low, but they are rated at 43.5 PSI. So they will flow around 20.5.

They are Bosch Design III, meaning they have 4 holes instead of the ONE hole that come stock.

Check the video:

I have the one on the far LEFT (Bosch II 24#). See how much fuel they dump!!! They dump the same as the new design 24.
Notice the MIST of the design III yellow top! GET THOSE!

Those are most likely stock replacements from rockauto. I guess I would question what brand o2 you bought, and the 180 stat. Without an SCT tune it's going to run rich.

O2 sensor is the NTK brand from NAPA.
How would I go about SCT tunning if this is OBDI?
Is there a program I need to flash my PCM with?
Or, forget about the whole thing and change to 195deg thermostat?

You can't flash your PCM. (at least, not without some seriously specialized equipment, and even then, I don't know......) You would have to send yours out to be retuned.
