electrical problem please help

Headlights get power from the PDC directly. If they don't work at all, then you are losing connection between the battery, and the PDC.

it just happend again &wont start...no lights no radio no horn nothing.

Check the battery cable from the battery, to the PDC.

Then you have a problem in the PDC itself...... that should be fun to find......

Thanks alot for helping me with this I appreciate it!I think its a short in the pos cable.Gkt it started again.Ill replace it this weeknd.

Do a battery test.
Just got a truck that had a bad battery.
The battery would start the truck.
But was it just enough too get it to run.
Soon as I tried to move it the computer hicuped and the motor died.
Lights worked / fans worked (ac).
The computer needs a stable power source.
If the battery is not up too the job the truck will fail,

To add to that, I had that exact problem in a caravan I used to own. All terminals fuses & connections looked great, but I came to find out the positive post was broken inside the battery. If I tried to pry up just a little on it, the post would come all the way out, it was detatched from the plate in the battery. A new battery fixed that issue for me. Good luck!
