+1 for what zman said.. adding water to it is not good at all. it can be a temporary fix but should not be used as a permanant solution. Go out and try to pin-point were the fluid is coming from. My guess would be heater core. If it was the weather seal like previously stated you would imagine the seat getting wet along with the floor. Go out and do some searching to figure out whats going on. And please go buy some antifreeze instead of using water

It's pretty obvious, isn't it? I just expect it to fix itself
You may not believe this but there is no coolant leak of any sorts coming from the radiator or hoses. And no leaks in the engine compartment what so ever.
Except for the mystery fluid in the floorboard and the coincidental loss of engine coolant, the truck doesn't leak anything.
