2.) Place drink between legs.
3.) Close legs.

So much better than that ultra shallow spring loaded soda launcher in the dash above my stereo. I had to learn the hard way about using that stupid thing.

Try that with a five speed. Great wet spots from that failure.

On a more serious note - is there an easy and safe way to remove the dash bezel without it breaking up? Any secrets not illustrate in the FSM? I think I found one in a wrecking yard and don't want it to fall apart in my hands - - - only to have the guy yell, "you broke it, you bought it!"

Just pull one clip out at a time, tilt the steering wheel down, hear shift into first, then pull out, and up. I was thinking, that when I replace mine, I was going to fill in the empty spaces and gaps, especially around the clip mounts, with an epoxy or glue, that way it creates a more rigid structure and is better braced around prone cracking areas...

Yeah -- we got a cup holder whose hinges are a high failure rate item!

2 nylon straps and 4 screws. I don't believe they're dealer parts, but that's how I fixed mine.

Other dash related issue - bought glove box from JY, but two of the three hinge mating pieces on bottom edge of dash are broken off. Figured on using a 3/16" cold rolled rod, but is this part replaceable? Anyone else have the same issue? My just install new glove box as hole filler and make it not open....crap plastic.

One of my hinge mounts is also broken. Im still just trying to find a complete new one and do something to it to help keep it from cracking. Wish some company would make complete restoration dashes with modern day materials...
