Default Plenum Question

I have gone through the whole Plenum Thread and yes my truck is starting to get all the symptoms so I am going to have the Plenum fixed.
My question is, has anyone found somewhere other than the net in Canada that sells the hughs plenunm kit or has something the same?
Also has anyone welded an aluminum plate to the bottom for a permanent fix.
Cheers

You can search "DIY plenum repair" and do it yourself if you have the time and resources

Does the EBay seller ship to Canada?? Hughes prolly does......

Saw a couple folks talking about welding it..... not sure if any of them ever did, or what the results were.

Ebay $50: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DODGE...item3cbca8b38c

Welding the plenum: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...=welded+plenum

*Ebay seller does ship to US & Canada...And I would assume Hughes/APS would ship to Canada--just check the site.

I just bought one from him 2 minutes ago! It cost me just under $69 CAD to get it shipped to New Brunswick. I can't wait to get this done, along with new timing chain/gears fuel pump etc...

I have never dealt with them but they are in Canada, Alberta. Hold onto your wallet, make one.

I almost bought the one from Ebay, but opted for the Hughes instead. It's only $30US more to buy the plate+gaskets/bolts from Hughes, which has always had a good rep. Plus it comes with instructions (which is also downloadable from the website) and maybe a sticker?!

My line of thought is that I'm buying the Felco gaskets and bolts at Napa, install should be pretty easy. 3/4" plate of aluminum is going to be pretty much the same. Plus I haven't heard anything bad about the eBay one yet.

I hope you mean 1/4" thick plate lol...3/4" is a little overboard, especially for the stock-size plenum bolts.
