Have you used carb or brake cleaner to check for vacuum leaks? (that's sure what it acts like....) if you don't find anything obvious, try capping off the lines that run to the reservoir under the cowl, and the heater controls.
I haven't tried that yet as I'm scared to start a fire, especially since the engine seems to have to be good and hot for it to happen.
Is it possible it's having some sort of misfire first, then the misfire causes the vacuum loss and the vacuum loss has nothing to do with the cause of the misfire? IMO falling vacuum wouldn't make it stumble, it would act as if the throttle was opened and would accelerate, those AFRs aren't nearly rich enough to make a warm engine stumble IMO.
