Whats everyone running in their guage pods
I thought the stock oil pressure gauge on these trucks wasn't accurate? Why would it look tacky to run a gauge that actually works?
This one has a speaker hole http://www.ebay.com/itm/98-01-DODGE-...-/370547458982

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, after all.Myself, I'm not particularly fond of pillar pods -- got no new car envy, I guess -- but the aftermarket gauges have to go somewhere and I'm even less fond of tab mounts. I could get by without the three that are going on the pillar, but I like to keep an eye on those things that can alert me to a problem before it grows big enough to be detectable with my (increasingly) feeble human senses.
I don't like the pillar pods all that much either(I have a brand new GlowShift tri pod if interested) , the one that goes on top of the steering column is ok. But I opted to do this, and install the only one that really matters. LOL
Ive seen those mounts at genos garage, I like it but its too far out of my eyesight, and id probably never look at it.
Personally ive been looking at the scangauge 2, and installing it either over the rear view mirror or on top of the steering colum.

You've seen which mount?
The same as any healthy engine. Between 16 and 22 Hg at idle. It's reading what the gauge does under different conditions/tests is what's important. I can LMGTFY or point you to this thread on the first page thats going on now https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...g-problem.html
or tell you to look in the Haynes or manual from the FAQ/DIY section. Come on now.
