just wondering if anyone has ever tried them. i like the look of them and cant beat the price of 163 for a 265/75r16. which is a tad smaller than what i have now, but i dont mind. let me know guys.

i think this might need to be in the general discussion but oh well to late. :P

My father in law has them on his '80 something Ramcharger. He's too worried about the aftermath (wear on vehicle) to try them in the mud and it doesn't snow much in South Georgia so, besides looking beefy he's not had a chance to really test them.

He had some BFGoodrich AT/KO on his '02 F150 with 4" lift and they were GREAT.

I call junk a tire that fails on me, I have a set of authoritys 31x10.50r15 for like 9 monts. most of the time driving in unpaved roads some mud, sand and very loose (recently disc) worked fields. did not tried nothing extremely dificult as my truck is 2wd, but this tire has excellent traction, not noisy in the highway as (others) say I like the tire to the point that i am going to replace the good year atd/2 in my liberty, those have very bad traction, but can't say they are junk as they don't want to wear out after 35000 miles. the only way to know if something works is trying for yourself.

I find it hard to believe they are "junk." These are pretty popular tires over on Jeepforum.com where I hung out when I wheeled a couple Jeeps. They are not a rock-crawling tire, but they are a great snow and mud tire and they hold up great to mileage. I'd love to have a set on my truck, but I don't have a grand laying around for new skins.
