Default Water in oil

I have a 96 dodge 2500 with a 5.9 gas engine. I was getting water in the oil so I jerked the heads off and discovered it had 3 cracks in one head and 2 in the other. I ordered new heads from Odessa cylinder heads put it back together and 3 days I check the oil and I got water in it again. I then removed the intake, thinking maybe the gasket slipped or something but couldn't find anything that would lead me to be believe water was leaking by. I stumped and can't figure this thing out unless the block is cracked and I missed it. Is there any other way water can get into the crank case.
Thanks Rodney

One possibility is the timing chain cover gaskets.

How much water? Small traces of "snot" or larger amounts?

Not being a smart ***, but you did change the oil after installing the new heads, right?
