Default 1st-2nd Clunk ?

I have question, When im pulling out slow there is a loud clunk somewhere while my auto transmission shifts from 1st to 2nd gear. Is this my transmission taking a dump on me or could it be a adjusted or something else I might have overlooked? It only does it under low throttle if im giving it more gas it wont clunk between gears any

Also I just took a look under my truck and Im leaking fluid from one of the seals from the transfer case, could low fluid in the transfer case cause this or should I worry more about my transmission kicking the bucket soon?

Could the output speed sensor contribute to this even though my speedo is working properly and I have no CEL?

It could be transfercase, if you have a 4x4. Google transfer case saver, it's like $40. It could be u-joints or just normal driveshaft slop (unless it's real loud) and you're just noticing it from first to second Because you're going slower, which means quiter, so you can hear it better

What does the transfer case saver do, Would it keep it from clunking or what?

It replaces the output shaft snap ring, which is a failure prone part. It gets ugly fast when that snap ring pukes. You can get the Transfer Case Saver here.

I think the input you got was pretty darn good. Start there. Also (believe it was mentioned also but not sure) check U Joints.

Do these things and post back the results. Ideas come from knowing what has been done, and what has helped or not helped.
