New Timing Chain Rusty
the rust is no problem, ignore it.
pay attention on the sprocket install. before removal of the old sprockets, you need to rotate the engine and line up the old marks. remove the old and reinstall the new and do not rotate the engine crank or cam independent of the other.
note the sprockets are key'ed and can mostly only go on one way EXCEPT - that your crank sprocket has 3 keys which are for stock, +4* and -4*, so PAY ATTENTION and make sure you install it the way you intend to. the circle is probably the stock setting and the other 2 should be documented in the instructions. check, check, and check again how you intend to install it.
here's the key locations for stock setting.

yup i understand the little crank gear and the 3 marks it has there i was just worried bought the big gear because there was no mark but that only has one key so i guess that one will only go on one way. i was just going to go with the stock setting, is that recommended?

Unless you are making some serious mods, yes. Stock setting is waht PCM will try to make it run (without custom tune directing it otherwise).
