Default windows

Will the extra cab Windows from a 96 fit a 99? Are all 2nd gen extra cab Windows interchangeable?

My uncle hand etched some deer on my truck windows when it was my dads truck. He has since passed and I wanted to get the glass framed for my dad. It was one of the last etchings he did.

Thanks guys.

A Club cab 96 window will not fit a 99 quad cab. Different size. Sorry. :\

You sure about that? I'm pretty sure the only difference between the doors is the rear bottom corner being angled in a QC vs rounded in the others. I may be wrong, but i don't think so...

I'm thinking the actual window area of the 96 is larger. Either way, it would be a pain to get it to fit. 98+ club cabs should fine though, since they made it look like the QC.

Club cabs were not available after the short overlap in 98 when both were sold. I disagree, I think all the windows are the same. QC's definitely do not have a smaller window area.

Sorry, Club Cabs were sold into the early 2000 model year.
I have documentation that says so. If you would like to despute this fact I can take a picture and post it if you like.

LMC truck shows different numbers for 95-96, and 97-01. The apparent difference being the level of tint. They show the weatherstrip for club cab to cover 95-01...... even though they didn't make the club cab after 98? Different number for Quad Cab. They do not differentiate rear glass by cab style.
