Default P0132 and P0138 Problems

My truck (2001 ram off road 5.9 64,000 miles) started sputtering and running rough and I got the p0132 and p0138 codes. I just replaced the O2 sensors 4 months ago. Could the plenum be blown? (It does burn through some oil between oil changes between the full to add line)

I find it difficult to believe that both sensors would have the same type of failure.... (shorted to voltage.) I would start tracing wires, and see where the short is. And yes, your plenum is most probably blown.

Yeh, what they said. Remove TB and look inside the intake for oil.

The cat has already been cut off. There was some oil buildup in the intake but im going to go the plenum fix anyways. This thing is a giant money pit

Update: Fixed the plenum and new O2 sensors. Still got the codes. Ened up the O2 fuse was blown. Runs much better now though
