What all have you done to the truck engine-wise? Might be time for better tunes.

You should consider buying an SCT tuner or SuperChips.

LOL at HeyYou,

The truck has been rebuilt with using:

Eagle rotating Assy for the Magnum - 4340 forged steel crankshaft (competition kits), I beam or ESP 4340 H beam connecting rods, forged pistons with valve reliefs, moly file fit piston rings, main and rod bearings.

I found both heads were cracked between the intake and exhaust ports, so we went with Summits Mopar Indy Race Heads: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RHS-20300/

Had to do a lot of machine work to those heads to make them work I guess. But the price was good for the heads.

Machined the intake and throttle body for more flow, matched the SLP Headers with the exhaust ports, high flow Y pipe, pass through cat (gutted with pass through pipe welded in) and Flowmaster cat back 3 7/8" to Flowmaster duel outlet muffler, split duels out the rear.

The exhaust was already in place prior, no check engine light...

Tuner or a good reprogram is in my plans as we are using more air, the ECM will try to adjust the fuel mixture.

Even the canned tunes would find you some more power. Have a chat with Hemifever, and see if he thinks custom tunes are in order. (I don't think so, but, hey, better to ask the expert. )

Completed minus the fuel sync, I am looking to get the actual scanner to set the sync myself.

Runs great, a little rich right now, but better rich then lean for the break in period.

Only issue I had was the Indy Racing heads had a casting block that rubbed with the headers as they expanded to form the collectors. Had to grind that casting a little to ensure their was no rubbing under driving conditions.

Also had to replace the radiator because I bumped mine when I pulled the engine and nicked a passage causing it to leak.

Engine on stand
