4wd actuator vacuum lines
I can't find either one where the vent line goes into where is it on the back of the motor and the intake one somebody can describe it to help me find it
Vent line just doesn't matter, so long as it isn't clogged.... It's the green line, should be able to see it from underneath. (though, given its age, may not be green any more....
)
Supply line will come from the bag o' snakes of vacuum lines on the passenger side of the intake. It will run down behind the engine.
An easy test for vacuum is to simply start the motor, let it idle, pull the vacuum connector off down at the cad on the axle, see if you have vacuum to either port. Keep in mind, the metal lines that run along the frame like to rust, and leak.....

Only two vacuum line to the CAD unit. The large hose just goes up to the frame, it's a vent tube. Vacuum lines hit hard lines at the frame. (both go to the actuator) Hard lines follow the frame back to a crossmember, follow the crossmember and go back to soft lines, that go to the switch on the t-case. Two lines go from the switch, up to the passenger side rear of the engine, one is a vent line, (I think its green) the other is vacuum source. Goes to the bag o snakes by the intake.
