Only two vacuum line to the CAD unit. The large hose just goes up to the frame, it's a vent tube. Vacuum lines hit hard lines at the frame. (both go to the actuator) Hard lines follow the frame back to a crossmember, follow the crossmember and go back to soft lines, that go to the switch on the t-case. Two lines go from the switch, up to the passenger side rear of the engine, one is a vent line, (I think its green) the other is vacuum source. Goes to the bag o snakes by the intake.

If it is in fact a vacuum line line and not the vent, and you use 4WD somewhat regularly and need it to be reliable, I would recommend the 4X4 Posi Loc. It's cable operated instead of vacuum and replaces the actuator and lines. Definitely my next upgrade (after I fix my AC and rear brakes)

just get yourself a posi-lock kit for your 4wd. The best money Ive ever spend, and well worth money. No more 4wd problems

Default Vaccum harness

Look at the harness that runs from top passenger side of engine (1 L shaped tube), down behind engine towards front drivers side and back to transfer case. Mine was melted. It's 18.50 at the dealer. Has the 4 plug setup attached that plugs into transfer case switch. Simple fix

My internet was down.

Somebody else may stumble on here at some point and maybe missed that possibility
