Determining ride height
Just a general side picture? No up-close pictures of anything? Thanks
^its called spring sag bro.
OP. look at your front suspension and look for anything "donut" like on top or at bottom of coil springs. If something is there, then it would be a coil spacer, which is typically a "leveling" lift.
The only other thing to look for but you would not distinguish readily unless obvious color is a taller coil spring altogether. Most aftermarket suspension lifts will color the springs RED or Blue.
Rear will typically have a taller block between the leaf springs and the axle. I believe stock is like 2"??? Someone can correct me on that. If you see more than 1 block (stacked), then there is a kit that added that block OR its a single TALLER block. Another option here is seeing an additional leaf added to the stock leaf pack. This should be discernible.
For kicks though, take a tape measure and on level ground measure from the ground to the top of the wheel well fender. Make the tape as plumb as you can (use a level even) and even have it go through the hub. It's a quick and dirty and others may have better methods.

Looks like stock to me, but I had to look on my phone b/c (for me) those picture links are blocked by work. *raises hand to the company*

alright, part of the reason I'm wondering is because I plan on getting new shocks soon. I tested them and they were bouncing all over. And the truck is also riding fairly rough going over holes and bumps and such. I'm shocked how rough it is, any ideas? Anything obviously wrong in my pictures?
I think you may have the Tow Package based on the rear leaf spring picture.
Do you have your Build Sheet?
Bouncing all over the place is a sure sign of worn out shocks. I don't see anything based on those pictures. If it's a worry, then take it to a trusted shop and ask for their INSPECTION CHECK of the suspension. Some will do it free if you give them an idea you will use them for the work. IMO, I don't think there should be a charge for such a check. Sorry, I'm not into commenting directly just based on pictures (which do help).

i don't, but just requested one haha. I'll see if I can find a place that can run a check for free for why this truck is riding so rough. I've never felt a truck ride so rough before!
