You wanna pull the entire valve body??

You don't have to remove the VB. There is a plate with a spring inside you can remove to gain access to the main plug screw. To put the spring back in, use a putty knife to hold the spring in. Put the plate over the putty knife and pull the putty knife out and screw the plate back on.

Also, before you pull the connector out. Blow off the exterior real good, so no dirt gets inside.

That sounds MUCH easier. Thank you. I was actually thinking about cleaning out the valve body, but Im going to wait. Ill let ya'll know how this works. I'm changing out the governor solenoid and the lockup/OD solenoids later today. Hopefully this brings my transmission out of limp mode. if not, Ill be going back in for the pressure solenoid and then I just might clean out that VB. Thanks again for ya'lls help!
