Default 1999 dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.9litre, weird shaking at idle

Hello, i just signed up on the site and browsed for someone having the same issue as me and a possible fix.

My truck starts fine but then i start getting a small shake almost sounds like a misfire but its totally random and isn't throwing any codes. Also the shake gets worse and it seems as if my truck is going to stall out. So far ive tried new plugs, wires, cap, rotar, pcv valve. I've made sure everything is connected right but even after the new parts im still suffering from the same problem. I hope someone might be able to help me out with this problem. I work in the oil patch and i rarely get a day off and all the mechanic shops seem to always be booked solid till the next week and i can never get in.

Check for vacuum leaks, also have you fixed your plenum yet?

Yeah! x2! Also look in FAQ/DIY section for service manual download and the TSB on plug wire routing. There are several things that have similar symptoms.

Visually inspect them. That's about as good as it gets for free.
