just some pictures of the tool I used to put the seal in and the locker in the case.

I used the washer as a puller to pull on the seal even

This washer and nut went on the outside of the axle tube to work as a press

The two sets of washers and nuts in the middle were used to keep the rod centered in the axle tube.

Just to show everyone that with a 4.10 ratio there is no way to grind down the end of the tooth to get the cross pin out.

Front axle? Did you have to remove the ring gear to get it assembled?

yep. I just took a bit more time but other than that it was no big deal. There was no shims to mess up or anything. I just marked everthing and put it back where it came from right down to the bolts.

What do you have in the rear? Does your front driveshaft turn all the time now?

Why is there a cross pin? The dana 44 is a full floater.

Nevermind, looked at the pictures again.

I almost wish I had 4.56s or 4.88s but the 4.10s do good.
