The only reason I figured PCM Is the lack of codes, but you are right.. Im just so used to getting codes for everything, this one throws me off.. lol.. I will definately take a look through the sensors before I go to far. I have a question, What is the MAP sensor? Its up around the IAC and the TPS, isnt it?

 

A fair few of the dodge sensors have failure modes that WON'T set a code..... TPS and IAC are right up there on the list.

Update, After a few days the TPS worked itself out.. it works fine.. Still has RPM surges in OD only betweem 1,000 and 1,500 rpms.. Either the OD/Lockup Solenoid was a bad one, or Maybe the TC is bad..
