Default probably in the wrong section

So my water pump gasket is going out I have determined. While im in there I figure ill do double roller chain along with plenum and an electric fan..... questions are.

With the double roller is there anything special I need for it? Bigger cover? Will it be a perfect fit?

As far as efan im sure this has been asked but what should I go with? I plan on snagging one from a junk yard so what vehicle would be best to snag it from?

And no worries no plenum questions lol
any opinion would be appreciated!

Should be in the tech section. I'll move it for you.

Double roller chain will fit like a glove, no modifications needed.

Ford Taurus is a common donor for e-fans. They have a pretty big amperage demand though. There are a couple REALLY good threads on e-fans. Browsing thru a couple of those would be a good idea.

There might even be a DIY for the taurus e-fan conversion in the faq section.... maybe.

Ty Ty another question. If the guy that did the water pump didn't torque the bolts enough I assume it will leak which it is. Should I try tightening the bolts first or do you think that will do more dadamage? I have no idea what gasket is on there that's why I ask

I'd just replace it if I was you, they're $40 on amazon with a lifetime warranty.

If your gonna be in there doing some work you might as well just pull the water pump and start over.

Ya but besides that leak everything is gravy and I really can't afford it right now. I talked to the guy I bought it from he was drunk when he answered and said "idk y it would be leaking but if it matters I did put two bolts in the wrong spot one was about a half inch shorter than the other but I made them work I just turned them as tight as I could!"
