Trace back where it was wired in and have to check the entire circuit. Hopefully, PO did a good job or had it professionally installed, and did not pull it out of truck.

I wouldn't even know where to begin to look for receiver. May start under dash by steering column.

Ya best buy installs them under the dash right behind where the key would go pretty much. It's a little black box with a snake on it. They have inline fuses under there as well so that could be your problem. Or maybe it's disconnected from the battery
