I have the same a/c control panel minus the heated mirror switch. Is the wiring allready in the dash just needs a switch?

Sometimes yes , sometimes no. Depends on how much Dodge was trying to save . You simply need to look. There are free manuals in the FAQ section you can download to check the circuits.
