Default 95 ram sounds like a vacuum leak??

I have a 95 ram 360 when the truck is idling it sometimes starts to idle rough and sounds like a massive vacuum leak I've sprayed around with carb and choke cleaner and I've replaced my throttle. Body gasket still does it....its not constant just every once and awhile while iding I'm throwing an engine code as well but I have an old plug to read it with a goofy plug in so the parts houses don't have a code reader that will plug in any ideas??? Thanks

Yours is OBDI, parts stores should be able to figger that one out..... Whether they have a scanner to fit or not is another question entirely. Need to find out what the code is.

Temp sensor has a LOT to do with fuel mixture, check the connections at least, and see what the sensor looks like. (It's the two wire connector on the coolant passage at the front of the intake manifold.) If the engine is running really rich, because of the sensor, PCM will have to add more air to get it to idle right, hence the sucking sound you hear.

A 95 has two. Are you sure your replaced the right one? Also the plug has a habit of breaking and not staying on. Also, not saying it's the problem, but when you replaced it, did you disconnect the negative battery cable? You should do that anytime you are working with any sensors. Plus it also resets the PCM.
