I too had my 315's on my stock rims for probably 8 months. They rubbed like hell but worked until I had some money to get new rims haha.

EDIT: Changed my sigpic, those are my 315's on stock rims

We have said it's possible but not wise to do so. The rim specs you posted are exactly what I am running for rims 16x8 with 4.5 backspace, zero rub. Just don't buy the same rims as mine they are junk, Eagle alloy pos.

Ok so I few questions first why is it not good to run them because its not safe or because they will rub?&if it is not safe why?Just wondering because I was gonna put em on till I can afford some other rims but if its gonna cause big problems in the meantime I think I need to reconsider.Sorry so many questions better to ask&learn than not right?

i have 285's on my stock rims. was going to go 305, but the rim is a little too narrow. a wide tire on a narrow rim will cause the tire to look flat and cause the tire to roll onto the sidewall during turning thus destroying the tire.

I know guys that run'em but I wouldn't do it. Like said above, the tire is too wide for the rim.
You'd have to run a lot less air to keep the tread wear correct and then they'll squirm on turns. Internal damage is possible.
Therer are just certain things a fella ought not to do. Squeezing to big a tire on too small a rim is one of them.

yeah i'd run them for a short while... cause buying wheels and tires all together can be spendy i spent 3900 for my 20s and 35s ...

but you can pick up a 16x8 steel black wheel for under 80 bucks from discount tire
