ya thats a good idea its just that one of my buddies keeps giving me crap that since winters here the heating and cooling of that zipties gonna wear it out and brake...just wanted too see wat other people thought of it lol

it may have actually been fixed already by another owner or not be blown.... mine is fine and I never fixed it.
I actually asked a dodge mechanic about this at the dealership (off the record and he had no reason to lie to me) and he said there are a lot of trucks that dont have the plenum issue...(I'm guessing because of the death flash) Our transmissions are garbage in these trucks too and I dont see people telling others to always assume its bad and have it rebuilt as soon as they buy the truck?

zipties were fine on mine when I changed the cap two years ago and it seems to be holding up still.... I'd still like to fix mine right though to prevent the possibility of moisture getting in there.

ya i already have a rebuilt tranny with only 20,000 on it and the engine has 114000.............Augiedoggy your trucks looks reallyyyy good

Thanks...I replaced the whole front end from ebay right after I bought the truck.. (I should have saved the $ for tranny work since mine failed..lol)
