There is a thread on here about them... just search bluetooth code reader or "torque software"
as far as the readers go just do a google or youtube search on the "ELM327 bluetooth" and you will see plenty of results...they come with windows software that works with a laptop too via bluetooth or usb for the usb versions of the adapter... I use mine with the "torque app which is free from android market... I think its one of the best buys I've done in a long time.. remember to stick with a version 1.5 or higher...the older ones were hit or mis on speed and could be sluggish as far as real time updating.
