changing out t stat do i need?

Default changing out t stat do i need?

I'm planning on changing out my T stat today on my dodge... and i was wondering do i need to pull the alt and ac pump off to do so... or ?

You don't 'have' to... but, it sure makes it easier. Just unbolt the compressor, don't disconnect the lines, then set it aside. Make sure you disconnect the battery before doing anything else though.

my a/c pump has the lines cut off it any ways lol... well i'm gonna get started on it.. gonna put a 195 back in there. tired of it running rich...

If you don't know what you need to change it, then how do you know there is something else in there other than a 195 ?

because i've only had that problems since i've put the 180 t stat in it... before it was fine...

Well while we're ball busting, the bold text wrote by the OP would suggest that he installed the 180 TStat, if so, you would think he'd know what he has remove and what he doesn't.
