Default '98 Dodge Ram 1500 Mystery Part

While pulling into a local Menards parking lot, My '98 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Club Cab began making a loud humping sound. Suspecting a tire problem, we found a parking spot and did a walk-around inspection. We quickly located a large foreign object in the right front tire. We changed the tire as it was leaking air. Once home, I removed the foreign object and wondered if it was from my truck. My wife noticed that on the end of the bolt it said, "98 St". My truck is a 98 ST trim level. So I'm now thinking that this bolt came from my truck. However, after a fairly close inspection, I can't see anything missing. I thought sway bar or shock absorber, since there is a 1/2" thick rubber washer on the bolt. The rubber washer is held in place by a 1 3/8" diameter steel washer. Can anybody with Dodge training help me identify this part?

Looks like a stabilizer bar link bushing. But not from a Ram.

That looks like the top of one of the front shocks maybe. Look under the hood.

The shock mount has a stud, not a bolt.

I agree with Zman, but to give you piece of mind. If you where moving forward and something broke and fell off the truck, the chance it will go in the front tire is like hitting the lottery.

I was thinking that too originally, but seems too small.
