Question offroad y for '01?

Has anyone actually found an offroad y pipe for an '01 1500 5.9 4x4? I don't have anyone to make one around here so looking to order one. Everything is for different years or long tubes and I'm tired of looking through endless amounts of threads and Google searches lol. I have jba shorties with 2.5" collector flange. ?? Thanks

I have been doing a lot of planning for my exhaust the last couple months and feel pretty confident saying it dosen't exist. I bought a magnaflow Y but it's a tight fit for the 01, gonna have my local shop make one when my Magnaflow cat comes in the mail. I was thinking of trying to modify the Jegs offroad Y but it would be more money than just buiding one from scratch.

I already bought the pacesetter 3" offroad pipe just to see if it could be adjusted. Guy who has my truck said it won't work. I'm gonna call around to ask about the header extensions. They should make up for the length diff from short and long tube. Would be so much cheaper if i could find someone to make me one. Gonna keep looking but Im not worried about buying pieces since summit makes it easy to return.

I'd say you have the wrong headers. JBA doesn't make a shorty for a 2001 with collectors. Only OEM style flanges. And if they do make them, it all needs to be custom after the header.

Im sure I'm wrong lol but I consider the part where all the tubes make one, a collector. But you sound right. And I basically bought the y to see if the shop could make it work. Heres what I have.

Those are stock flanges, and the factory or off road Y should bolt right up.

Long tubes, everything would not fit. you would need to pay a shop to do a couple hundred worth of work and for the Y pipe.

You have good headers there. I have the titanium coated ones.

GOOD TIP: Don;lt use their gaskets. Use the Edelbrock gaskets from autozone (may have to order) for 25 bucks. The stock ones will leak. The edelbrock ones are beefier.
