9.25 Rear Spider Gears?

OK I figured it out. Simple actually, I was just way over thinking it.
1.Make sure the rear of the truck is off the ground and secure.
2.Place the carrier with the Retaining Pin hole pointed straight up and down.
3. Make sure one or both axles are in the side spider gears, this will hold them in place.
4. Place one spider gear and shim in the back near the top.(Placing it near the top will allow it to stay in place without having to actually hold it in place.
5. Place the front so that the holes in the spider gears line up.
6. Have someone turn the wheel. the gears should slide into place.
7. Slide the pin in.
8. Don't forget Locktite on the bolt that holds the retaining Pin in place.
I hope if someone else falls victim to a brain dead moment like I did, this will help.
It's simple, but I was going about it the total wrong way, you can't do one gear at a time, you have to do both.
