318 with 907cfm TB
what would happen if i put a 907cfm tb on my truck? would i lose low end and gain high end? or what? keep in mind im going to mate it with a FI Airgap.

Need to do some other mods to take advantage of the TB/Manifold. Headers, and y-pipe at least. (large diameter pipe for the rest of the exhaust wouldn't hurt you any either. 
)
You will lose a bit of bottom end with the manifold, not sure you will notice it though.. same for the TB.
Some 1.7 roller rockers would really compliment that too.
