The TC went on my transmission and I have started to remove everything from the truck. Should i be worried about my transfer case contaminating the freshly built transmission with the old fluid or is it self contained?

 

they should be self contained, and use the same fluid. if you have it off, it's easy to change all the fluid from the transfer case and refill it as apposed to having to do it while it's in the truck.
