so i cleaned the IAC as best i could (gunna buy a new one thursday) and i installed the new tps. its better... this time when i reved it to 3000 rpms it just dropped back down to 750. it didnt go under 500 almost die than come back it just dropped to 750 or so and chilled there. now about this vent issue. nothing i do will make the vents by the radio work even if i put it only lower vents it still remains to blow from the top ones by the window. i tryed to search wild vents, "wild Vents" both with and without spaces in between words (even tryed with the quotation marks)i looked in the faq diy section and in that section even the link to old diy threads yet i cant find the thread about wild vents anybody have any links or another term i should search with?

Ive read the big thread on "wacky vents" my air doesnt blow at all through the vents by the steering wheel or radio. I tryed to see if my cruise control works. (i KNOW my 4 wheel drive works) when i tryed the cruise control nothing happend at all not a light on the dash nothing its like it wasnt even there. would the vaccum leak cause the cruise control not to even light up? if so wheres the best place to look for the leak? as i said my 4 wheel drive works. also is there a way to test my pcm? my horn doesnt blow my fog lights dont run maybe my pcm is bad???

If cruise, and horn don't work, I would start looking at the clockspring in the steering column. Even if the vacuum line for the cruise is busted, it should still power up.
