Sea foam
Seafoam - I have seen multiple threads on here where people got hydro locked from using it. Other folks I know who used it in the tank only had about 4-6 weeks before the O2 sensors went out. I would say stay away from that stuff. Every other tank, I use Berymans B12 chem tool available most anywhere, it does not kill the O2 sensors. Back in the days of carbs, you could drizzle a little ATF in the carb & it would do a fine job of cleaning crap out, but newer engines have a lot tighter tolerances & sea foam is over glorified ATF. The 1 thing I have used for years with consistent measurable success is zmax. No damage to sensors, no hydro lock & it actually does all it claims to in all the vehicles I have put it in.

Seafoam is safe tested for o2 sensors I have put a couple bottles through mine already with no problems... marvels mystery oil used to work great oo but its not safe for cat converters I think... I use it in my vw though and is does the job...

I ran some through my tank, oil, and brake booster..... After reading this i am wondering if i should of did it through my oil??? I just changed it and it wasn't real runny but had a brown tint to it. What should i do to make sure it doesn't mess my motor up
let's see......unless you want this to happen -"It will break up the slidge and residue that is holding your compression normal. Then you may get blow by when it is washed away" - - - -then YES! Really bad!
is your plenum gasket blown or are you just assuming?.. I did mine like 5,000 miles ago and since I barely drive it I decided to do it again a couple days ago the correct way through brake booster...I hardly got any smoke this time unlike the last time when it smoked a lot! Thats a good sign I guess...
