thank you everyone I found a rebuilt at a tranny shop near niagara falls that someone didn't pick up or pay for in 6 months, he let me have it for $550 it has the stage 2 shift kit and is out of a 99 1500 4x4, now I have to put it in.... thank goodness I have a friend that has a shop with a lift!
