Here you go I found them, Smittybilt DN230-S4B
I lied, they have 4 mounting studs on each side, only $149, I'm sure I paid much more than that several years ago.

My bad. I was looking at the tie down rails inside the bed - the photo with the collector piece laying in the bed of the truck. That's waht I was looking at.

Oh, my mistake, those are made by Slide-n-lock, they hold very well and are very strong. I cut it down to size, and drill some holes in the bed, it has to be attached using jack nuts cause theres no access to attach a nut underneath. They are pretty handy and much stronger than the flimsy sheet metal on the bed rail. Thanks for noticing!
